How long does delivery take?
Our warehouse usually processes orders within 24hrs. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery times depend on the destination. The average delivery time from dispatch is 5-9 business days, but this is not guaranteed so please allow 15 business days.

Spacecraftvapor.com ships to all US states.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email address you used to place your order - if you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us. In most cases, this email will contain your tracking number and link. In some locations, tracking is not yet available until your package has reached the carrier’s sorting hub. In these cases, you can email info@spacecraftvapor.com and our Customer Support agents will forward your tracking link when it is available.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Errors in the shipping address WILL lead to a failed delivery and we can only issue a refund IF the package is received back at our warehouse. All carriers charge a Return to Sender fee. If the packaged is received at our warehouse, we will refund the order (including tax, less the actual shipping cost and the RTS fee). If the order qualified for free shipping and is returned to our warehouse, we will deduct the actual shipping cost & RTS fee from the refund.
Missing/Delayed Deliveries
Once orders have left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing deliveries. Because we want our customers to order with confidence, have added Shipping Protection through Route.com at checkout at no cost to you.
If your order has NOT been received within 15 business days from dispatch; if your order says delivered and you have not received it; or if it has been damaged in transit, you can report the issue to Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you received from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Please provide your tracking link to Route in any communication.
Spacecraftvapor.com cannot issue any refunds for missing/delayed packages that are protected by Route.
